Staff
Christian Haven employs about 30 people. With their full staff, Christian Haven guarantees a minimum of two staff people on duty at all times – day or night. Here is some biographical information about our management team.
LeeAnne Dixon
Administrator
LeeAnne started at Christian Haven in 2006 as the Business Office Manager. In January of 2010 she was appointed to the position of Administrator. LeeAnne has held positions previously for Little Red House Adult Day Care in Spring Lake and the Greater Ottawa County United Way. She is a graduate of Hope College.
Beverly Velik
Resident Care Coordinator
Bev started at Christian Haven in 1996 as a med tech, cook and receptionist. In 2001, Bev was promoted to the head of the medical department and later became the Administrator in 2006. Bev moved to the position of Resident Care Coordinator in January of 2010, allowing her to spend more time helping our current and future residents.
Peg Lepo
Resident Health Care Coordinator
Peg began as a medical technician at Christian Haven in 2001. She was promoted to Resident Health Care Coordinator in 2006. Prior to being at Christian Haven, Peg spent 18 years in Florida.
Robert Riepma
Facility Maintenance Manager
Bob has been an employee of Christian Haven since 2004. He previously worked as a machinist for 33 years. Bob is a graduate of Grand Haven High School, has received his pilots license and was formerly a flight instructor.
Marianne Stupartis
Activities Coordinator
Marianne began her work at Christian Haven in 2005 as a volunteer; in 2008 she became a part of our staff as Activities Coordinator. Marianne is responsible for keeping our residents both mentally and physically active.She is a graduate of Michigan State University and worked for 22 years handling health care and Medicare cases. Prior to that she held a position with the Office of Services for the Aging.
Pastor Gary Lacy
Chaplain
Pastor Lacy has been the Chaplain for Christian Haven since January of 2009. He retired from the United Church of Christ in 1999. In addition to Christian Haven, Pastor Lacy has served four churches since his retirement.
